Enjoying the Lake *Open*

[cyrene]

Cyrene walked out to the lake, since they couldn't go by the ocean, she had to settle with the lake. She absolutely loved the ocean, she missed it a lot. She looked out and seen the little waves it had from the wind that came and blew in her hair. She had on her swimsuit and ready to jump in, but she wanted to lay out for a bit and get some sun. Since Cyrene has been here she never could get a good tan like she did out in Pismo Beach. Of course she lived next to the beach, it was right outside her backyard. One thing Cyrene really missed was surfing, not a lot of people know that she could surf. It was like a secret hobby that she'd like to do.

Cyrene took her towel and laid it straight and she sat on it. She tied her perfect riglets of hair up into a ponytail and laid down. Cyrene inhaled and sighed, she loved the sun on her. It was a rare occasion to see her without make up for once in everyone's lives, but what they don't know is that Cyrene didn't like to wear make up in the water or when she tans. It's just something that doesn't mix. But even with her make up off, she still looked flawless, even in her aquamarine two piece swimsuit.

Jason's head banged. He wasn't used to being new to a place where he didn't know anyone. Not just being new to camp, but being to new to completely different world! Even though he didn't want to complain, no, instead he was kind of pleased that now maybe he would get to live the adventure he always wanted to. Still, the happy side of him didn't ease the massive headache the was on full assault on his mind. He figured walking along the lake would help ease his mind. Jason always knew exactly what his body needed to heal. The sound of the small waves washing up on the shore and the calm breeze always settled him down. Maybe it was the fresh air? In fact, he did take notice that air in this camp felt a thousand times fresher then anywhere he has ever been! It was kind of nice.

So many things flashed in and out of his mind as he was trying to get his thoughts together. The first thing he knew he needed to do was get settled in his cabin since his shoulders where starting to feel sore from caring it all this time. Then, he wanted to write his mom about his first day.Could he even write to his mom? That was something he wasn't sure about, but even if he couldn't he would find a way to get a hold of here. The son of Apollo was so deep in thought that he didn't even notice that he wasn't alone at the beach. Of course he probably looked like a complete fool talking to himself as he stared down at the ground.

While Cyrene was tanning she heard footsteps and a guy talking to himself. She peeked open her eye and seen a kid that looked about 16ish walking a bit away from her. [teal]Hey schizo! Go talk somewhere else to yourself! I’m trying to tan in peace over here![/teal] she said smirking to herself. She didn’t mind company much, but it was fun making fun of the boy. He wasn’t bad looking at all, she would hit on him or something, but he looked too young for her. She was 17 after all.

She sat up and looked at the tiny ripples on the water, feeling the wind on her face. It cooled her off from the heat. From a distance she seen a Nereid jump in and out of the water. Cyrene always wanted to swim underwater constantly without going up for air. It was her dream to breathe underwater and discover what kind of things were under the waters of the seas and lakes. She was always a curious person, she never liked to sit around and wait for something, she would make her own adventures. With Cyrene’s beautiful looks she wanted to tease the kid. She adjusted her bikini and put a little more tanning lotion on her legs and stomach, she hoped her eyes sparkled and hair looked perfect. He was the perfect bait to play with.

As he continued to walk trying to get his thoughts together a female voice shouted at him knocking him out of his trance. The voice made him glance up quickly to see where it came from. Right away he spotted an absolute stunning girl looking up at him. By her attire he could tell she was trying to get a tan. Not a bad idea he thought about it for a brief moment. Then it all came back to him. She saw him talking to himself and called him a psycho.
"Great.."[/color] He muttered under his breath. Lucky for him his face was tan enough to hide his checks which where now red, but one could simply get them mistaken for sun burn. Jason was normally the calm type of guy so he didn't really let the females comments bother him. Instead he flashed her a friendly smile and just waved to let her know it didn't bother him.

Hopefully she wasn't trying to make an enemy out of him. That wouldn't be good! Only at camp for a an hour and already have people choosing against him. Still, he wasn't sure. Then that flew out of his mind as he watched what the girl was doing. She was rubbing more tanning oil down her leg and on her stomach. A small smirk formed across his face as he looked down at the ground for a second and just shook his head.It wouldn't be the first time a female tried to tease him. He was fifteen and almost sixteen now he knew a lot of tricks girls try to pull. However this time was different, this time he had an ace up his sleeve.

"Mind if I tan with you?"[/color] He said as his face vanished for a brief second inside his shirt as he took it off then flung it over his shoulder. This revealed nothing special really just a small four-pack. Still, that wasn't his ace. As he neared the stunning women he begun to speak again. "I could come in handy you know, my father is the sun god."[/color] He said with a smirk as he looked down at her for she was laying down. "Maybe he could watch over us."[/color] He said with an innocent smile as he eyed the girl up and down trying to find a flaw, but he couldn't. However, he wasn't complaining one bit, but she did look slightly older then him which was always a downer.

Cyrene watched him flash her a smile. [teal]Wow you must use a lot of cleaning strips on those teeth, they are white![/teal] she said smiling at him. This boy was cool about her rudeness, must have thought she was kidding or something. Cyrene let it go, most people don’t understand her rude sense of humor, that’s why a lot of girls don’t like her. It don’t matter, she didn’t need them, that’s why she had guy friends all the time. She loved to have them under her beauty spell.

Cyrene let out a little laugh when she seen the kid smirk a little, put head down and shook it. Cyrene liked to do this. She loved boys, of course she was Aphrodite’s child, she was a huge flirt.

[teal]Sure you can, you can share the towel with me.[/teal] she said moving just a little to the side and patted the spot next to her. She watched him take off his shirt and seen him take off his shirt and seen the small four pack. [teal]I’m surprised kid, you’d look like the type with a six pack.[/teal] she said smirking up at him. She smiled when he said that his father was the sun god. [teal]Ah Apollo ay? You are a handy person! Make him crank up the heat just a little.[/teal] she laughed. [teal]Watch over us huh? He’d may like what he sees.[/teal] she said doin the hourglass figure over her smirking. Cyrene noticed the boy looking at her and she smiled a bit more. [teal]Name’s Cyrene Drakos. Daughter of Aphrodite, lover of men.[/teal] she said giggling at the last part holding out her hand.

Jason flashed the girl another smile when she mentioned how white his teeth were. In response to what she had said about him using whiting strops he just shook his head to the side. "Never used him"[/color] He said with a tone of confidence. He figured she was the type of girl who loved to play with rude jokes, but again he didn't mind very much. Over the years he had learned to not let words get to him. Then he saw move over slightly leaving very little room for him on the towel, but it will do. He sat down next to her then stretched out. Maybe he would get used to being at camp since now he learned of a spot to relax. After all, he will be in the same cabin as four other girls and he knew he wouldn't be able to stand that.

The girl kind of called him out saying he looked like the type with a six pack, but he had failed to achieve one. "Ahh well, kind of let my self go."[/color] He said with a shrug since not having one didn't really bother him at all. His gaze was fixed on the lake as he listened carefully to what the girl had to say. A small chuckle came from him once he heard her say that Apollo may like what he saw. "I'm pretty sure any guy would."[/color] Jason told her, still keeping his gaze on the lake, but you could see a smile on his face. It wasn't the girl that made him smile, he was just a happy kid period. "I'll be sure to tell him."[/color] He told her since she asked him to tell Apollo to turn up the heat! Then it came to him, he didn't really know much about Apollo.

Jason was thinking about what his father was like so much that he nearly missed the girl introduced herself. Once he heard her say who her mother was it all made sense to him. Of course she would be lover of men, and just happened to be the only one around which conformed her attempts to tease him. "Well, pleasure to meet you. The name is Jason Costas."[/color] He said with a bit a pride. Then, he shook her hand all while still smiling. "So is this all we do?"[/color] He asked obviously talking about tanning. Her tan figure led him to ask that question, but he didn't mean to make it sound like a bad thing.

[teal]Ah never mind then huh. Well you must OCD on brushing them then.[/teal] she smiled to him. Cyrene watched him sit down on the towel and she relaxed a little more. She sensed the kid had a good aura about him. Like that girl that she didn’t like much, what was her name…..Adonia she thought shivering to herself. That girl was way too nice, she was always bubbly and Cyrene didn’t like that. Kinda wonder if the girl was two faced, nice to everyone and then mean after when by herself. She smiled thinking about it to herself. The kid looked like he was thinking about something. Thinking about me of course she thought and know she was kidding herself.

Cyrene’s jaw almost dropped when he said that he let himself go, but she caught herself. [teal]You let yourself go? What the Hades did you look like before?[/teal] she said smirking to him. [teal]Must have broke a lot of hearts huh?[/teal] she joked nudging him. Cyrene loved to touch guys on the arm, she didn’t know why but the flirtatious girls taught her that in school, it makes a guy feel more comfortable she guessed. Cyrene laughed, [teal]Your not telling me anything new kid.[/teal] she said turning around and laying on her stomach. As she turned she seen the kid smile as he looked out at the lake. [teal]Thanks. I’ll get a nice, good, tan because of you. I owe you.[/teal] she said winking at him. Cyrene wondered how other gods treated their kids than other ones. Like with Aphrodite, she came every once in a while to come and talk to her in Cyrene’s bedroom. Then she would say she has to meet up with either Ares or Hephaestus and she would be gone that quick. Do other parents actually spend time with them, like really talk with them? She would never know.

[teal]Nice meeting you too.[/teal] she said shaking his hand. He had a firm grip which she liked, most guys would be very gentle when they would grab her hand. For the love of the gods, she wasn’t that fragile, she would break if they squeezed harder. Cyrene laughed when he asked his question, [teal]Well for right now for me, yes. I really don’t like fighting much, so I don’t take much classes in fighting, I would just do a few lessons here and there. Plus I’m not very good at it anyways.[/teal] she said telling the truth. Cyrene liked to swing a sword a bit but her favorite was running around and hitting kids with fake arrows. It was a good cardio work out. [teal]You look like you’ll be a good fighter. You could probably teach me a few things.[/teal] she said pulling a teasing smile that she loved to use on men. [teal]So what do you like to do?[/teal] she asked him.

He laughed when she seemed shocked to hear him say that he let himself go. Personally, he felt like he didn't look all that great. He was just the same as every other boy here. "Only one." He told her when he nudged him as she said he must've broken a lot of hearts. To be honest the heart braking actually went both ways once he thought about it, but he didn't want to think about it. The past was the past and he prefered it to stay their. This girl knew she looked good so she kind of had a swagger to the way she acted. That was actually what lead him on the most was her confidence in herself that she was portraying. Most of the beautiful girls he knew either acted like they thought they were ugly, or just ditsy."Oh, you do owe me."[/color] He told her with a smile. Of course he was joking he wasn't doing anything for her. At least, he didn't think he was, but who knows?

Jason was happy he had the ability to bring joy to people and put a smile on their face. It wasn't just McDonald's goal, but his as well! He listened carefully to what she was telling him as he shifted his gaze from the lake to her. Oh Apollo, fighting with a sword? Jason had never tried it before so he wasn't sure if he was good at it or not. "I never handled a sword or shot a bow before, but thanks."[/color] He told her. The thanks was for assuming he looked well enough to be able to hold is own in a fight. Maybe that was something he would have to try sometime, but he had a feeling in the long run he wouldn't have much a choice. "Maybe we can spar or something sometime."[/color] He told her since she said she wasn't very experienced at it either. Well, that wasn't her exact words, but that's how he took it.

He smiled as she touched his arm and gave him a smile of hew own. wow, she is really flirty He thought to himself, but he expected no less out of her after finding out who her mother was. Now he didn't mean it in a bad way or nothing. Then she seemed to take a little bit more of an interest him when she asked what did he like to do. Such a simply question, yet so hard to answer. Only because he never really thought about what he liked to do he just did it. It was sort of the same concept when someone asks what do you want to eat and you just you don't know because you never really thought about it. "Um, well, I like to play basketball, football, relax, just anything I could have a good time doing, you know? How about yourself?[/color] He asked the girl in return.

[cyrene]

Cyrene looked at Jason, [teal]Ah, must’ve been a bad one ay? I’ve broken a few hearts myself, but mine doesn‘t get broken too much.[/teal] she said looking up at the sky. It was true though, Cyrene has never been in an actual relationship, they were all hook ups. She always wanted to be in a serious one, but she was afraid of commitment when guys would ask if they could be her girlfriend, she would just decline, walk off, and never see them again. It was too awkward to be around them after, so she would just like to find some new ones somewhere different. But she didn’t want to think about that now, she just wanted to have fun and talk to Jason and tease him a little. [teal]Yes I do owe you. So whatever you need or want me to do for you. You got it.[/teal] she said smiling up at him. That was one thing no one really knows about Cyrene, she likes to keep to her word and stick to it. She may look like a person that flakes all the time because of her looks, but she likes to stay loyal to the ones she knows and likes to be around with.

Cyrene took out a water and drank some, she looked down at her skin and it was getting a healthy brown tone on her. She looked up and seen a Pegasus fly through the sky and she smiled up at it. She still hasn’t gone to the stables to see them yet. That was the next thing on her agenda. [teal]Really never handled a sword? That’s a shocker. You just look the type you know?[/teal] she said shrugging. [teal]Well you never know, you could be good at it and never know it. That’s how I was when I shot a bow for the first time. I got six bulls eye’s in a row. I was pretty proud of myself. But with a sword no.[/teal] she said shaking her curls. Cyrene liked using the bow very much, she was better at it than the sword. The first time she used the sword, people just looked at her and told her to go back to the mirror and work on her make up. [teal]Spar? Like hang out?[/teal] she asked with a confused look on her face. If that’s what he ment, she would like that a lot. Two people learning and teaching each other, that would be a comedians dream to see Cyrene fighting with a sword.

[teal]Oh so the sporty type huh? I like people like that.[/teal] Cyrene said looking up at him once again. She didn’t like to sit around all the time and do nothing, she was a busy body. Like to do anything that anyone puts in front of her. [teal]What I like? Well lets see….I like to swim, run, cardio, yoga, archery now, and study Astronomy.[/teal] she said and kind of regretted saying the last one. No one knows that she’s an Astronomy nerd. When Cyrene was little she would take her telescope and go out on her balcony next to her room and look at the stars till her dad would come in at 2am and tell her to get to bed because she had school that same morning. She always wanted to be an Astronomer and discover new stars and name one, one day.

Cyrene stood up and adjusted her swimsuit and walked dream like towards the water and stuck her feet in. She looked back at Jason, [teal]So do you fancy a swim my good sir?[/teal] she said laughing and pulling up her curls to air out her neck. [teal]I think your dear ol’ father made it a little too hot.[/teal] she said walking down a little more now up to her thighs.

Even though he was just around at the moment for her to tease, he was having fun. Jason liked being around company and feared being along. Of course his fear wasn't something he would go on telling everyone about. "One day you will."[/color] He didn't mean for that to come out mean, but he was just being real with her. Everyone does at least once in a life time. That was just life and something they had to overcome. "Sorry, hopefully it stays that way."[/color] He apologized to her for his previous comment. He nodded when she told him yet again that she owed him, and whatever he wants he got it. "I'll be sure to hold you to that."[/color] He informed her. He had his share of broken promises that people made to him while he was younger. As she went to take a sip of water Jason turned his gaze to the sky just in time to catch a Pegasus fly through the sky. Never before had he ever seen one, but boy was he happy to have now.

The girl she seemed shocked every time she learned something knew about him. " I guess so."[/color] He shrugged since he didn't know what that type of guy looked like. Maybe it was like a secret second nature he had no idea about. That would be pretty cool. His facial expression went from calm and chilled to impressed. " Wow six? That's impressive!"[/color] He said truly impressed with that feat. He doubted he could do that, but he had heard a lot of Apollo kids were skilled with the bow, but he figured he would soon be the odd one out. " So if I ever make you mad, I'll keep in mind to stay up close rather then keep my distance"[/color] He laughed a little at his own little joke.

"Ya hang out. Would that be cool?" He asked hoping he didn't jump ahead of things since he only just meet her. Hopefully she didn't think he was asking her out on a date or anything. Even though he was attracted to her he was the rare kind of guy who is just able to chill with a girl. Jason thought it was pretty cool that she was into stuff like that. It was nice to finally meet a beautiful girl who liked to do more then stand in front of a mirror or go to the mall and show off. How could anyone love a girl like that?! Then again he had a friend who easily could and has. His loss to that girl nearly controlled him! His eye brows raised when she said Astronomy. "Now that's pretty cool, I always feel so small and when I go star gazing."[/color] He told her a little more info about himself.

He smiled when he saw her get up and walk all dreamy to the water to put her feet in. "I believe I do fancy one."[/color] He said as he pushed himself up and followed behind her with a smile. Again the flirtatious side of her was showing which he didn't mind. It was kind of funny to him how sometimes it was their then it just went away like she had a switch to it. " Being to hot is never a bad thing though."[/i] He said simply because the heat gave them a golden opportunity to do something else instead of just sit. He craved some activity, after all it was camp. When she moved deeper into the lake until the water was up to her thighs he followed behind again. Then he noticed his eyes were also looking at her thighs to make that observation. Hopefully she didn't notice, but really he didn't mind if she did either since it was normal for any teen to look.

Thinkin about it, she didn’t want to get her heart broken, she wouldn’t know what to do. Would she cry and stay cooped up for days like those people on tv. [teal]Yeah and hopefully not too soon. I’ll have my day.[/teal] she said smiling a little and not wanting to think about it. [teal]Oh it’s ok. Don’t be sorry[/teal] she said. Cyrene laughed and looked around.

[teal]Oh am I rude, do you want a water?[/teal] she asked after seen the Pegasus fly across. Cyrene went into her bag and handed him one. She was always brought up by her father that she should be polite to new people, she followed his rule….every once in awhile. But it was a hot day out and it wasn’t good not to go anywhere with out a few extra waters. Just in case. [teal]Yeah I thought that myself. Never know I could be Apollo’s daughter instead of Aphrodite.[/teal] she giggled. [teal]Naw I’m just kidding. But it’s just I have a steady form I guess.[/teal] she said. It could be from all the yoga that she has done through the years that taught her to stand still and be as quiet as a deer…or stag now. [teal]Yeah you better not make me mad. I know a few tricks up my sleeve that will make your skin crawl.[/teal] she said smirking slyly and then looked at the dirt under her towel. Cyrene has done a lot of pranks through her years, yeah she got caught a few dozen times. But it was totally worth it. She remembered when this girl was trying to make herself look good in front of everyone as she made fun of her. So Cyrene pull a prank where the end result to the other girl transferring to a school because she was so embarrassed. So yeah, no one really messed with Cyrene after that.

[teal]Hanging out would be a good idea. I could show you how to use a bow.[/teal] she nodded her head. Cyrene always did like to teach and this could possibly be her first pupil. And could show him a few basic things on a sword if he was up to it. She liked to hang around boys better than girls anyways. Cyrene and girls didn’t mix well, it never has, and she never knew why. I guess girls in school wanted to one up her, and then she would 1,000 times up them in everything. Especially in looks. So the girls would all not like her much in school, but she did have two best friends in High School that she hangs around all the time, they liked her and she liked them dearly. But after this summer, she wouldn’t know if they were as close now than when she left. She hasn’t talked to them since she came to Camp Half-Blood. That did bum her out a bit. Cyrene’s eyes lit up a bit more blue when he said that statement. [teal] I know right! I think the same thing when I look at the stars too. Because the stars look so close, but they are light-years away. Especially with the moon, it feels like you can jump up and touch it![/teal] she said and then blushed. Cyrene always babbles too much when it came to Astronomy. Maybe Jason wouldn’t noticed her rosy cheeks.

Cyrene watched him push himself up and walk towards the water, she couldn’t believe he was taller than her. For being what, 16ish. [teal]By the way how old are you?[/teal] she asked him out of the blue. [teal]Oh sorry, didn’t mean to be so blunt. It’s just your so tall[/teal] she said lookin at him. She laughed and shook her head. [teal]No it can never be too hot. But see, you guys have an advantage when it gets too hot. You guys can walk around in shorts and no shirts. Girls can’t do that. Well if it was me, guys wouldn’t complain.[/teal] she said putting her hands on her stomach and then rubbing her little abs and laughing. She then noticed Jason looking at her thighs and she had to say something. [teal]Like what you see?[/teal] she said laughing and then diving underwater. A little ways away, she rose to the surface and moved her curly hair out of the way and wiped her face of the access water that was on it so she could open her eyes. Thank goodness I wore waterproof make up today[/teal] she thought to herself smiling. [teal]Well…jump in![/teal] she laughed.

He could tell she was scared to get her heartbroken, but everyone had a right to be scared! Jason was able to pick up on the sing that she didn't even want to think about it so he simply dropped that subject. He flashed her a faint smile when she told him not to be sorry and that it was alright, but he felt kind of bad. He shouldn't have rushed into saying that. Who knows maybe she would be one of the girls who have the pleasure of never getting it broken. Only time would tell. It brought him back to earth when she offered him a bottle of water. "Oh, no thank you. No need with a lake right here i'll be fine, but thanks though."[/color] That was nice of her to at least offer him some water. She was a good friend. Could he even consider her a friend yet? Ah who cares he did anyway!

"Oh my Zeus, please no more sisters!"[/color] He said jokingly, well kind of. "Could be, I tried Yoga once on the Wii fit if that counts."[/color] Laughing as he finished his sentence. His laughing ceased quickly though as he knew she probably was right about that being the reason. However, it's not always just form, power does play it's role as well."I would like that a lot."[/color] He said agreeing with her that maybe she could help him use a bow. He smiled wide once he saw his little statement about the stars had made her feel so excited. Just seeing her eyes light up made him feel warm inside. Even though he was always happy, but this time it felt more then just his normal happiness. This time he was kind of overjoyed! "When I was little, I used to try and touch it,"[/color] He was being dead serious which made it even more funny. Jason just barely caught a glimpse of her blush, but he didn't point it out. Ah how cute he was as a kid always trying to do the impossible. He hated being told what he could and couldn't do. Jason let his soul be free and hated to be held back. "Strong, smart, beautiful, a devilish side to you, sporty, and confident. I like that."[/color] He said s he named some of her traits that he found out about her.

Then she caught him off guard with a question that he only felt was right to answer. "I'm fifteen, but my birthday is in two months[/color] He told her hoping his age didn't effect anything. He laughed when she told him he was really tall. Out of all his friends (which were older) he was normally the shortest one and if not then pretty close. So, that is why he laughed since it was such a rare thing for him to hear. In the water she agreed with him that it wasn't so bad about being to hot, but her reason for guys having an advantage made him laugh. "your right, your right."[/color] He said still laughing and laughing a little bit harder when he saw her rub her abs. "They are better then mine!"[/color] Jason told her of course referring to her abs.

Now it was his turn to blush as she had indeed caught him looking. He was embarrassed and didn't know what to say. So like a dumbfounded guy he just stood their blushing. Luckily she dove underwater and he hoped she didn't catch him! When she came out from under the water she mentioned something about her make up and then told him to dive on in. Didn't have to tell him twice. However, before Jason dove in an devilish grin formed on his face. His right hand went into the water and splashed up just a little bit of water at the girl. Then he dived in.

Emerging back from his short trip to the world under the water he made sure he was far out of splashing range. This was the most fun he was able to have since he figured out he was a half-blood. Water dripped out of his brownish black air and got into his eyes making them close instantly. Hopefully she couldn't move in water silently or she might try to get some pay back. Quickly he rubbed his eyes until the water was out and he regained his vision.

[teal]Ew your gonna drink out of he lake?![/teal] she said having a fake horror face on, then laughed. She was just kidding, [teal]Ok then. If you still want it.[/teal] she said and then tapped on her bag of where the water was. Cyrene laughed, [teal]I so rocked on Wii Fit! I loved it, then after that I wanted to go into an actual yoga class, it was pretty cool actually. A lot more of poses you could do too.[/teal] she said thinking about it. Cyrene loved to work out, she always wanted to stay in shape, of course, she had an image to maintain back home too. So it wouldn’t hurt to do some yoga here in the early mornings. She loved to also go for a early morning runs at around 5 am when she lived in Pismo, but it may be better to take a jog here too. Such beautiful scenery.

Cyrene giggled when he said that he tried to touch them. [teal]That’s cute! I always wanted the moon in my room because I loved the luminosity of it. So one year, for Christmas, my dad surprised me with decorating my ceiling with glow in the dark stars in shapes of the constellations. Then he got a light up moon and put it on the wall.[/teal] she laughed thinking of the memory. It was like she was a little girl again, [teal]He said it took him 4 hours to get the stars in the perfect place in my room. And it was a big room.[/teal] she said smiling sweetly for the first time to him. Cyrene was a little taken aback when he said her traits to her. Taken aback in a good way. [teal]You know it honey. More devilish than anything.[/teal] she said blowing a kiss to him and smirked. [teal]So lets see. Your smart, handsome, bit on the sporty side yourself obliviously, and a goody good?[/teal] she said pulling a thinking look on her face.

Nodding to herself she smiled, [teal]Not bad, I jut turned 17 a few months ago.[/teal] she said smiling to herself. Well of course to her, age didn’t matter, there are plenty of friends that are all sorts of ages, doesn’t matter if your 60 and your friend is 25. Especially with love. [teal]Hey your abs look a bit better than mine, I don’t want to look to masculine you know?[/teal] she said showing her arm muscles and smirking. Cyrene yelped a little when he splashed her with water, she was surprised. She watched him dive underwater, so she tried to calculate where he would pop out of the surface. Cyrene noticed that he was just standing there, she was about to splash him with water, until he opened his eyes. [teal]Darn you! I was gonna get you by surprise.[/teal] she laughed out loud. Then she just splashed him with a lot of water anyways. [teal]There’s payback![/teal] she laughed and dove underwater swimming towards him. She emerged from underwater quickly so she wouldn’t bump into him, and that would be embarrassing.

"Noo, it's just to cool me off"[/color] He said with a grin. "I'll be sure to keep that in mind."[/color] He said with a nod as he said whenever he wanted a sip it's their for him. He wanted to say, wow, that pretty cool thanks your awesome, but the smile on his face said it all. Then that smile turned into a laugh when she told him that wii fit was the reason she had grown a interest in yoga. Never before had he ever heard anyone say anything like that, but hey everything happens for a reason, or so he believed. Maybe meeting her was one of those great fates that the gods had blessed him with. Even if things never get serious between the two he was just happy for a friend. It was a sense of security kind of. A security keeping him from being completely lonely.

He giggled when she said that he was cute as a kid, or his actions were since she really didn't know what he looked like as a kid. "That's cool of him, I bet you loved that!"[/color] He said when she told him what her dad had done for one Christmas. "Wow, four hours? Your dad must really love you!" Jason couldn't imagine arranging a bunch of glow in the dark stars for that long. I guess you do crazy stuff for the ones you loved. A statement his mother always told him. Who would of thunk that she was actually right about something! Jason always joked about his mom about being wrong about things since she normally was wrong all the time, or nine out of ten times.

More devilish then anything He thought about what she said then figured it was probably true! "I wouldn't doubt that!" Jason told her with a smile. Then he caught the kiss she blew him jokingly and brought it to his heart. After doing that he laughed a little. It was insane how much he smiled and laughed while he was around her. Jason didn't have a problem being himself. He could also tell she didn't have a problem either. Jason put on his serious face (which doesn't really look all that serious at all) as she tried to name all of his traits. He nodded his head back and forth agreeing with everyone except the last. "goody good, nah babe far from it, but sometimes sure."[/color] He said as he gave her a devilish grin. Jason wasn't a goody good, but he just to laid back to be anything but. If that made any sense.

When she told him her age he was kind of impressed since she didn't look her age at least height wise, but he normally knew never to judge anyone's age by height. "So your about a year and a couple of months older."[/color] Which actually wasn't all that bad at all. Then the joking around continued again as she told him his abs were better and then flexed at him. "Why hello wonder women." Jason said with a wink. He didn't hear her response to him splashing him, but hopefully she wasn't mad because of what she previously told him about what happens when she's mad. It took only a couple of seconds to rub the water out of his eyes, but when he did it seemed he caught her in the act. " Oh Rea-"[/color] He was stopped in mid sentence by a big wave that splashed all over him. This time he didn't even bother to run his eyes, but he knew she splashed him when he heard her laugh and tell him payback! "Darn you"[/color] He laughed as he talked, but when he looked around she was gone.

However, she had just dived underwater. "Woah"[/color] Jason muttered as he swam back a little bit. She had surprised him by emerged out from under the water kind of close. Her being so close all of a sudden made him blush a little bit, but hoping she wouldn't notice he quickly went underwater himself

[teal]Oh yeah I did. I actually still have them on my ceiling. I never had the heart to take them down. He’s everything to me.[/teal] she said smiling remembering her father. [teal]Well keeping this between me and you, my dad never married after his encounter with Aphrodite. He swears to wait for her, but I know he should move on, so I’m an only child.[/teal] she said looking down at the ground a little sadly. She always wanted a mother to be around her all the time. Not just one to pop in every now and then and give you presents for the times she wasn’t there. [teal]It’d be nice to have a mother though. I wouldn’t even mind having a step mother.[/teal] she chuckled. It was kind of sad when Cyrene thought about it.

Cyrene laughed at his comment and watched him put her kiss to his heart. [teal]Ah how cute, you kept my kiss. Just like how Peter Pan kept his kiss from Wendy.[/teal] she said smirking. She never seen a guy do that before to her kisses. It kind of stunned her, they usually blew one back to her and laughed. She thought she got all his traits right but was corrected about the goody good type. [teal]So I’m wrong? Your part rebel? Very sexy.[/teal] she said winking at him and smiling. She swore she thought her cheeks were gonna fall off from smiling too much. Cyrene doesn’t smile much unless she’s making fun of someone, but this was a different kind of smile, of pure happiness from him. She liked this guy, and that doesn’t happen often.

[teal]Yep. And not a day older. Well maybe by a couple seconds. But not bad.[/teal] she said shrugging. She laughed when he called her wonder woman, [teal]Hey I’m too hot to wear her tights.[/teal] she said raising her hands to her body. [teal]Then if I’m so called Wonder Woman then your Superman.[/teal] she said putting her fist on her side and raising her arm, to copy his stance. Her heart kinda skipped a beat when he winked at her and she smiled widely.

Cyrene seen him blush just before he went underwater quickly. She laughed and wondered where he was gonna pop up. She kinda hoped that this day won’t end, she’s never had this fun in a very long time. Last time she remembered having this much fun was when she went to the beach with her ex-guy friend a couple months ago. They went surfing, crab fishing in the sand, body boarding, and then laid out on the beach for hours just talking. Cyrene tried to block out what happened a few weeks after. Her and her “Friend” were out at the beach again and it was night at and he made everything very romantic, and while they were eating, he pulled out a dimond necklace and asked to be his boyfriend and to commit to only him and no one else. Cyrene’s never had someone do that and she panicked right there and then, she declined and walked back to her car and drove away. And then a couple days after that, he died in a car accident. [teal]Great, now I got that on my mind again?[/teal] she said to herself. But she swam around waiting for Jason to pop up and was smiling….really smiling.
