ELIOT KINGSLEY
Name:: Eliot Kingsley
Nickname:: N/A
Age:: 18
Gender:: Male
Species:: Demigod
Olympian Parent:: Atropos, 3rd/Oldest of the Moirae
Years at Camp:: 2
Claimed:: Yes
Celebrity Claim: Chace Crawford
Looks:: Eliot’s a pretty built guy and has no trouble holding his own in a fight. He’s 5”11’ and weights 154 lbs. He has sandy blonde hair and piercing blue eyes. He tends to wear simple clothes, because he doesn’t really care what he looks like to others.
Personality:: He doesn’t seem like an approachable person and he isn’t. Get too close and Eliot will cut you up to ribbons. He loathes being near people and so tends to steer clear of anything that pretty much has a pulse. He is the anti-social kid and hates dealing with people. When upset, expect no mercy. If he is ever in a good mood, then all most people will leave with is a nasty bruise.
The thing he enjoys doing most is cutting. His mother, being the Fate that cuts the threads of life, inherited that power, being able to cut through almost anything if he put his mind to it. He never uses his power to try and harm other beings even though he often feels like it. He is strong and able to control hi emotions, talks very little, and prefers to do his own thing.
Eliot assumes he will never be understood and so has long given up on trying to make friends. He hates seeing people all cuddly with each other and despises the idea of friendship. If anyone ever is lucky enough to see past his bitter exterior, they would find a pained and lonely young man.
Family::
Henry Mikhail [deceased] - Father
Lucia Kingsley - Step-Mother
Leland Chevalier - Cousin
History:: Henry Mikhail grew up in St. Petersburg, Russia, an ancient city with a significant historical background. He grew up in a poor family but managed to climb his way up the ladder and became one of Russia’s most prominent men. Through his work, he met Audrey, a mysterious woman of high-renown in the business world. After a few meetings, the two courted for several years.
Audrey left without a word, and that devastated Henry. He went on with his life, Audrey still on his mind until he met Lucia [Lev] Kingsley, a beautiful, compassionate, wealthy Russian woman who had a name change when she had visited America. The two grew to love each other and married. A year or so passed after their marriage when a baby was left at their front door, with a note attached to the cradle. It was from Audrey, explaining that the baby was Henry’s son, and that Audrey, herself, was the Greek Goddess Atropos, one of the 3 Fates. She left information about a demigod camp in America and how he’ll need to be sent there as soon as he was old enough. Henry disregarded this as a lie but took in his son anyway, and named him Eliot. Lucia, however, believed the words of the goddess.
Henry and Lucia raised the boy together, Lucia treating him as her own son. Henry, to a lesser extent. Even though Henry was happy with Lucia, he still thought of Audrey often and drank and smoke in an attempt to forget her. One day, he went too far and drove drunk, driving into a tree and killing himself. Lucia raised her step-son Eliot by herself. Inheriting all of Henry’s assets, she managed to juggle her work and raise her son.
Eliot grew up strong and somewhat detached from people, all except his step-mother. He took her surname out of love for her and did everything to please her. As he grew up he learned he had dyslexia and ADHD, which frustrated him greatly. Eventually he accepted it and tried to continue on with his life. One day Eliot [age 10] was attacked by a monster, a large cut to his back but fortunately, managing to get away with his life. A strange symbol appeared over his head a day after that encounter. The monster encounters happened several times until he finally [age 12] turned to his step-mother for answers. She explained everything, from hi parentage, to the reason his father died, to where he must now go to be safe. He grew angry at his father and told his mother he will leave right away. She set him up with a ride to America and after a few weeks, Eliot left home.
But he didn’t leave for America and instead wandered around Russia for 2 years, In those two years, he worked temporary jobs and developed a passive, bitter view on life. He grew hateful for his father and resented his immortal mother. One day he was mugged and was nearly killed in an alleyway. In one last desperate attempt to save himself, he used a length of rope he found and tried to choke the man. The rope cleanly passed through the man’s neck, bone an all, the head and body rolling onto the pavement. Eliot was horrified at first, grew perplexed...and smiled. He had felt good doing that. He felt in power.
A satyr named Tevin found him that moment and explained he had to escort him to CHB immediately. No other option and figuring the Russian government would try to track him down, he agreed. Ever since arriving to CHB, he stays away from most of the demigods and prefers to keep it that way.

A large thud could be heard deep in the woods, followed by a number of frightened howls and outcries.
Eliot stood in a clearing of trees, his celestial bronze blade, Fendrel, gleaming in the dark of night. He watched as the hell hounds and scorpions scampered off in fright. He grunted, tightening his grip on his blade in anger, causing his knuckles to go white. He stood by himself, the only sounds were his own labored breathing, though not from exertion, rather by anger. Eliot was seething with rage after his encounter with the Hephaestus child, Leeland.
He gave the boy credit for standing up to him, which little did. But he had been pushing Eliot to the edge and when that happened, most ended up with a missing limb or two. [i]That boy will get what's coming to him![/i]
Eliot's features contorted in anger as he cried out in anger and struck at several nearby boulders about his size. Nothing happened..until the boulders split apart in perfect halves. The stones were cleanly cut through, without any bumps or protrusions.
Although he resented his immortal mother, he was thankful for the abilities he inherited from her. Being the son of the Fate who cut the thread of life, Eliot gained the ability to cut. With sheer force of will, he could cut through almost anything if he put his mind to it. He was even able to cut with a thin piece of string or thread, though he always had to remind himself to be careful not to his his own fingers off.
The boy breathed hard, mostly to try and calm himself down. The stabbed Fendrel into the ground in frustration. He was past being angry about the Hephaestus boy and instead thought of Leland Chevalier. He was younger than Eliot by a year and was his cousin, being that his mother was a fellow Fate and a sister of his own mother. The younger boy had been at Camp Half-Blood longer than he and was the one who often stopped him from getting in trouble. He was an incredibly shy kid and could not talk but he understood Eliot, and vice versa. Leland was the one who approached him and even managed to get him to open up. But only slightly. Still it was a huge improvement and he did appreciate the boy for it.
He felt bad Leland had to see him blow up like that, but Eliot just had a horrid temper. Eliot knew he would stay this way unless he did something about it. He needed to calm down and there was one way to do it; by exhausting himself. He picked up his sword, Fendrel, once more, and sliced and cut at empty air.
